What You’ll Do

TheAccounting Specialist coordinatestheaccountingand supportsreconciliationofallfinancialdata.TheAccounting Specialist ensures data is properly recorded and reported timely, accurately, and in accordance with TTEC’s standard operating procedures and business rules.The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting, general ledger, and financial knowledge and a commitment to accuracy and completion of financial data.

Compensation

The Anticipated salary range for this position is 20.12 hourly

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Ensures financial balance sheet accounts and bank reconciliations are accurate
• Maintains logs used by Finance department and coordinates monthly general Ledger accounts reconciliation

• Providesguidance/directiontoresolvingpayment,refund,reconciliation,accounting,andGLissuesdaily
  

• Reconciles daily and monthly settlements of credit cards, cash and check payments, and electronic check payments between system, third party processor, and bank

• Performs daily and monthly reconciliation of refund check register, bad payments, and chargeback postings

• Processes refund requests, reconcile DMV payment postings, and post refund check

• Conducts reconciliations of other cash and equivalent accounts in support of Finance department
